just had a phone all from this number telling me that some money had just been paid from my visa account......I don't believe a word of it...I keep a very close eye on all payments in and out of my bank accounts. They told me to press 1 on my phone so I put the phone down. Probably a scam trying to get my bank details........BEWARE!!

SCAM This is the second call I've had today saying they were from "bank security". Didn't say which bank! I blocked the first number(01452748309) & the exact same call came in from this number (01452771767). A pre-recorded woman's voice says they have detected 2 fraudulent transactions on my account. One from Amazon & the other from overseas. She asked me to press 1 if this was not right. At this point I hung up & blocked the number. DO NOT TRUST THIS CALLER. SCAM

Automated call saying two unusual payments form my account (did not say which account!!). Told to press 1 to approve payments or 2 to speak to someone. I hung up and blocked the number.
Marketing for JD Williams. The caller asked me if I was a Mr or a Mrs, which didn t get things off to a good start. Then started arguing with me when I questioned who they were, promised to call back later, even though it was obvious that I didn t want that (it felt more like a threat than a nicety) and put the phone down on me when I was in the middle of trying to explain that the person they were trying to speak to didn t live at my house anymore.
