Definitely a scam caller. Beware!
I got a call this morning from a guy with an Asian accent saying he's from John lewis. He started saying he was going to ask me a security question and I told him I'll call John lewis myself. He quickly dropped the call.

This number called me and when i answered is was a dead line , i tried calling back but again a dead line . seems dodgy to me

They are reliable.
Sales call, said were from O2. When asked how she had obtained my number, she was evasive. Asian accent, so thought it was from overseas. I am subscribed to the telephone preference service, so should not be getting marketing or sales calls. I cut them off and blocked.
Phone rang twice then cut off.On checking with BT to block this number they couldn't show that it had called
This number called my home phone and I was not able to pick up in time. Immediately called back from my mobile and got "This person's phone is switched off" message.

SPAM Just another 07741 set of spam numbers. Been calling for months now on various sets of 07741
SCAM Woman with foreign accent called from noisy call centre/scam centre claiming to be from the FCA and insisting I have Bitcoin in an account I supposedly was gifted when registering an account with a cryptocurrency trading platform. I forget the name but I do know I've never traded crypto or registered on such sites. Put the phone down on her and she hasn't called back. Besides, if this were FCA I'd receive an official email or correspondence and certainly not from a Mobile phone number.
