They said that I was basically being overcharged by my current suppliers and asked me for my bill to obtain the supply number. They were very inquisitive seeking information that should have been known. I did not provide the information as they appeared dodgy. I was then told that I should continue to be ripped of by my current suppliers.

She then said she was transferring me to someone else to hand over personal details. I laughed at her & put the phone down. She rang back immediately after to which I ignored the call. SCAM Received a text message from this number (supposedly HSBC) saying i had authorised a payment of £195.00 to Mr C Jones. The message goes onto say that if it was not me, to cancel by clicking the link in the message. They must think i was born yesterday! Firstly i have never owned an HSBC account, secondly i don't know a Mr C Jones and thirdly, i would NEVER click a link in a text message even if i knew who the message was from!
