Fraud tried calling back , it hangs up straight away
I received a text on 26/02/2023 at 15:58 telling me my Facebook account was frozen and to use the 6 digit code for two-factor authentication I was given. I called the number later and got Tesco mobile voicemail.
Silent call
Claimed to be calling from O2 sales department offering '40% discount on your call'. When I asked the person to provide an email address, didn't want to pursue the call further. Gentlemen was hard to understand (South Asian accent) and was hard to understand. Also quite pushy. Probably just SPAM but could also be SCAM
probable scam
Left message on my answerphone. Told me two large payments had been made to Amazon and one other company and wanted to verify as I had not made payments to those companies before. Wanted me to ring back. SCAM
