Claimed to be from HMRC with a tax refund due to me and asking me to visit a website (which I have not done) but I expect they would ask for information they could use to scam me.

This is a cold call from Fusion Cover Insurance. They are clearly being shared info from one of the comparison websites as I just renewed my car insurance 2 weeks ago.

Rang mobile which is for scout group parents calls only. None of them are in Bradford didn t answer.
Seemed to be a call centre - the line was very fuzzy so was difficult to understand what they were saying. They said it was carphone warehouse and started launching into a spiel about a deal. I asked them to remove my data from the system and they asked me what phone I have! Seems phishing.
