SCAM assume it's some sort of a scam as they said this address had come up as someone who had previously had loft insulation in a residential address and qualified for some sort of grant for an upgrade - since this is not a residential address and has not previously had loft insulation it was complete bunkum. Told him the number he called was an emergency line for transport & being blocked by nuisance calls could cost lives, asked for assurance would be removed from list but he hung up.

Is there are regulatory agency in the UK that can make this people stop calling? Not only they call several times, but they hang up the phone on your face while you are politely telling them not to call. Disgraceful, a real annoyance.
