Called mobile which I missed then answered house phone. After being on call for ages I ended up being transferred to Halifax Fraud dept instead of Sainsbury’s (they work in same office and some people cover both). They asked for my card number and as I’d been on hold so long I said I wasn’t happy to give that out. The lady stated that was fine, if I felt more comfortable I should call number in back of the card. I did so and they confirmed the call was genuine and there had been a fraudule
