Foreign sounding female voice - I couldn't understand what she was saying so asked her who she was calling from... she hung up. Very odd!

I had a text message from this number saying it was from HSBC claiming a new payment was attempted from a new device along with a web link. Obviously I did not respond as I do not bank with HSBC
Tried to get me to claim for Endowment Policy miss selling, then Packaged bank accounts... Very pushy.
Number not recognised - went to answering machine - no message. Caller barred

I was called by this number this morning with a reference to my extended warranty for my washing machine having run out. I should definitely think so, the machine is over 25 years old and has never had an extended warranty!
SCAM - Automated message informing me that my NI number was going to be cancelled as it had been used fraudently, and that a warrant would be issued for my arrest unless I pressed '1' to speak to an advisor.
