It was a call centre by the sound of it, I could not understand what this person was saying. I told her this and said that I was putting the phone down. This is what I did.

Sounds like a hoax call (recorded message) to advise that £600 was paid from my account 15 minutes ago. No mention of who the call was for. Asked to press '1' for further details. I hung up at this point.
