SCAM I received a call where this number showed on my caller display. It was a pre-recorded message supposedly from Amazon, saying there was an irregularity with my account and to press a number to speak to an agent. The voice was very automated with an American accent. It is concerning that these scammers can insert any number to show as the source of their call; I also live in the 01352 dialling code area and seeing an apparently local number on the display made me answer it.

Phone rings, I pick it up and say "hello". There is a grunt (middle aged male?) and the caller hangs up. Could it be Burglars-R-Us?
