This number was calling from a call centre connected up to my Nan s house. They were contacting me to let me know she d fallen and had pressed her emergency button. Very trustworthy
Caller hung up without speaking when I answered the call.
"Investing advice" (? seemed really shady to me), caller wanted me to go to a website (edufintech.org or something like that) and wouldn't tell me what was the point of his call. Had to hang up with the caller still talking (wouldn't take a polite "thanks, but no thanks and have a nice day." = typical aggressive telemarketing?).
Bank card scam.
