SPAM - left a voicemail that sounded like Chinese or random syllables with music in the background. Happened a month or two back with a different number.
Number keeps calling my phone, have told them to stop calling me, It is SPAM calls. Number now barred.

Purports to be from National Crime Agency in relation to National Insurance Number fraud. Didn't listen to it all!
They phoned me and claimed that I haven't paid my taxes and that I owe £3,900 and with fines that was now around £20,000. Then informed me that I have 2 options Option 1 - to go to court and risk losing the case and owing £20,000 or Option 2 - pay £3,900 now. They also told me that an arrest warrant was outstanding for me and that if I did not pay that the police were on their way to find me and that my assets, passport, driving licence and bank accounts were all about to be frozen.I am not sure how I manag
