I am registered with TPS. I spoke to a supervisor, who told me they were not selling anything so were not covered by TPS. Beware of possible malicious of Fraudsters trying to call you. I answered this call on my phone but no one replied on the other end when i said Hello. 01560 485445 This number has now been permanently blocked on my phone. Don't answer unless you know for definite who is calling you. Just my advice.

This number called me and said he was from a government department in London and wanted to send someone to survey my insulation. Too many beeps when he finished each sentence and when challenged he hung up. I feel this is a very worrying scam.
