They call from "Cambridge University" with a small survey. They do not expain what the survey is about, but instantly go into questions like "are you satisfied with your bank". The questions illicit answers that will be a list of "yes, I approve, etc." In my believe so this can later on be used in scams, asking for loans or whatever in your name. Be aware!
