Called on behalf of Co-op for upto date Gas & Electric Meter Readings. This all makes perfect sense as even though I normally provide them online, by law the Gas & Electric companies have to take a meter reading themselves every 2 years. It seems the co-op contract meter readings out to another company, who simply phone for them rather than visiting. Obviously the co-op are charged for getting the meter readings off this compant, but in the long run the customers get the savings, so I do not have any

Scam trying to get you to renew a non existing insurance on white goods.
Called early morning using my old married name abot "internet". When I hung up, called back from vastly different number to say " Fuck off you prostitute bitch" I was charmed.
Nobody ever speaks so I just ignore it when the number shows up. Must be someone with very low intelligence.
