Silent call Had a call from a Bournemouth number yesterday 01202137558 - same as today, no message left and I didn't pick up. Blocked this and yesterday's number so they'll probably use yet another bogus number next time they call. People who've answered say it's a bogus scam call.
I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently - 1245697427, Fresh Contacts - PPI, insurance marketing, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... People please did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?

Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs.
