Scam call saying you've committed tax fraud and tax evasion and tgat there is an arrest warrant issued in your name
No voicemail message left - presumably a scam. This may be unfair, but if you phone from a mobile and neglect to leave a voicemail it will be assumed that you are selling/scamming. Nobody answers unknown numbers these days.
