SCAM! I had a call from this number. Man claiming to be "Tom" and calling on due to some government funded loft lagging placed in the loft a few years ago. He said there have been reports of condensation and mould and they noted that we hadn't had a loft survey since. He said not to worry, and proceeded to ask if I was the home owner. When I asked if I could call him back, (as sounded scripted) he hung up. THIS CALL SOUNDED VERY GENUINE - he was well spoken (not like previous scam call

Possible scam, it was the usual silent for a few seconds then a beep to connect to the call centre. I hung up before they spoke.
