This number was used to send me a Payment Request from a Caroline Fox via PayPal for £729. I called PayPal and reported phishing. Apparently this is not the first time this request has been made from this person.

Got call early this morning recorded message stating my visa card, not saying what bank or company, had been charged £999 and if it wasn't me I was too press 1...I didn't do it just waited to see how long before it disconnected.... About 20 seconds. Total scam.

Looks like some miscreants are using this number from India and informing the people that they are calling for TataAIA Life Insurance. I got many calls from this number and I can sense that they are fraud. Be careful when you get calls from this number.
Called me 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I have missed all the calls as they happened when I am working. They have never left me a message which makes me assume either dodgy or cold calling. After reading other people's comments below I have blocked the number - if it is green peace as some suggest then I have no idea how they have got my number. I have never donated to Greenpeace however I may well have signed petitions but I don't think you usually give out your phone number when you sign a petition

There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.

SCAM Woman with strong foreign accent claimed to be from 'BT technical department' (immediately obvious not genuine) and said they had received notifications that my internet was being used by others fraudulently. Pointed out BT not my provider which she ignored, she then tried to guess some letters from my email to 'send me a verification' and when I said that wasn't my email, accused me of lying!!!! 07363953461 is a FAKE scam CLI being used by an offshore call centre. They call folks and pretend to be calling from BT, regarding error logs received from your internet connection. The idea is to ask you to download remote desktop software to gain access to your computer, then attempt to bamboozle you with made up technical nonsense whilst in the background they copy your files and internet settings in the hope that yo have stored online banking credentials.
