I don’t understand how they have my information but when I asked they stated a family member gave my information using this phone number. Nobody has access to my phone except myself. Said from BT. Stated my computer had been downloading malicious software. Asked him to name the files. He couldn't. Told him I wasn't BT, said didn't matter if I was using others, they provided the line (absolute crap). This is a malicious phishing attempt. DO NOT give out personal details, DO NOT follow their instructions. HANG UP.
