Scam call about "energy saving"
Vanquis Bank debt collectors, I pay a fortune for payment protection that supposedly allows me to take a holiday payment, well I used it in December after agreeing this with them, I paid my January payment and now my phone is ringing non stop with calls from a debt collector, because I made a payment in January it cancelled the December holiday payment!! unbelievable. No matter how many times I tell them this, all I get is you shouldn't have made the January payment, which would have put me into arrears. I
I was getting a call from this number 3-4 times a day for nearly 2 weeks. I finally managed to get to the phone to answer it and it was from "My Offers". They are an online survey company. They said I completed a survey about Scottish Power. I advised them I most certainly didn t as I avoid utility companies at all costs and never fill in surveys about them.

Called the number back, and yes customer is with talktalk and they had call screening in place. It seems a call centre is using this number as a mask to make calls from the internet, and therefore when you call the number back you don't get them but an innocent talk talk customer.
