I answered today and the first thing I said was 'This is about the seventh call I've had from this number' and he just glossed over it and started his pitch. Told him I'm 85 miles away in Gloucestershire but suggested the cost of travel is an investment and worth it! I'm like 'you bloody pay for it then!' I picked up, said Hello and heard the familiar noise of a call centre with many voices in background and a single voice saying Hello, Hello. I didn't answer, put my phone down but left it connected, suffered the continuous high pitched noise until it stopped then checked number on this site. My hunch was correct! A nuisance call! So irritating!

Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported - mostly as scam/injury claims or telemarketing (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Did someone answer this number people, who is it?

Like all the other comments, this was a recorded message claiming to be from Inland Revenue (I should have smelled a rat immediately at that point - it s HMRC now...) and that I was being sued. Brain not in gear, and in panic, dialled 1, but silence at the other end, then call terminated. I am now so angry.
