Just had a very intresting 1/2 hour phone call with these idiots. Strung him along, he said do this/do that, type in this type in that, of course I kept telling him I was getting all sort of error messages. He said he couldn t get into my computer, I eventually told him my computer wasn t even turned on, I had great fun. I told him I wasn t an idiot and he should find another occupation.

I put the phone down and did no more but this is not something I have requested and I think could be dangerous. Scam, they sent me an email claiming to be from BT, offering new packages and claiming my contract is coming to an end, they claimed my current billing is different to what it actually is. I looked up BT's contact number online and contacted them directly and not this number that was in the email. They confirmed they didn't send me any emails and this is in fact a scam/fraud

calls every other day - marketing - lies about previous contact and will not give their company name out and are incredibly rude. Keep calling even though we are reg. with TPS. They ignore requests to remove number from their list and continue to call.
apparently from my bank re 2 fraud transactions on my account. never say which bank. i was supposed to click 1 or 2 depending on my answer, but walked away and left phone as I knew it was a scam. my banks never use a mobile number and would contact me via their apps or a landline which I recognise
