Called wanting to talk to me about an accident that wasn t my fault but didn t know my name - hung up when I asked what date this accident was supposed to have happened.

I usually don t answer numbers I don t know (as I get a lot), but I felt like answering this time. A bloke with a northern accent asked for Mr Chin . I told him I don t know that name (as it s not my name and I know no one of that name.) The man on the phone then asked: "Are you hiding him?" claimed to be Nationwide building society, wanted me to confirm my name and post code. Hung up on me when I asked them what they wanted before confirming anything.

First time it happened after a second or two caller with male voice said"Goodbye" second time there was no contact, just silence. Next time they will get an earful of good old Saxon language from me.
