This number called and saying my BT account has been suspended because I let someone use my internet connection which involved a illegal bank transfer. And asked to press 1 to speak to BT. I pressed 1, someone answered. I told them this number does not belong to a person but to an organisation. The person hanged up before I finished my sentence.

Said they were from the Review Team. Wanted to know all about my PERSONAL insurance. Didn't want to know about any I had with my work. Definitely scamming for something. Wouldn't give me any information from their end, not even their phone number. However, on phoning back I get through to what sounds like a call centre. All very Indian operated I would say.

SCAM / SPAM Received a text from this number saying there was an issue processing my bill for EE broadband, which I do use. The wording was slightly suspect but the link provided did look like the EE website. I phoned EE directly, it is a phising scam. The website is a fake and they want you to put your details in.
