Call about maintenance of my Sky equipment but never used Sky. Said my details were from their database. ?scam.
I rushed to the phone but just caught one word..."Goodbye". I find it odd that it rang off so quickly. Tried returning the call, but no answer as it was busy. Scam more likely.

This number keeps Ringing me, no message left
Called number back as had a missed call and answering machine message said "hello and welcome to you claim for me". Guessing it's some claim company
SPAM called to say my national insurance number was going to be suspended because of fraudulent activity, I did not listen any more and blocked the number

Fed up of been given run around by this Company. Claim not worth what they say it is. Cannot get back initial outlay of £495. The fact that different folks pay different amounts up front make this well dodgy. Taking them to court and reporting to ombudsman. dont think ombudsman can help?? anyone used ombudsman to get it sorted? if so how long did this take?
