SCAM ELECTRONIC VOICE SAYS IT IS "VISA" AND THAT 2 TRANACTIONS, 1 WESTERN UNION HAVE BEEN DEBITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND TELLING YOU TO PUSH 1 TO SPEAK TO THEM. HOWEVER IF YOU RING THE NUMBER A HARMLESS INNOCENT SOUNDING OLD LADY WITH LOCAL SCUNTHORPE ACCENT WHOSE PINK COUNCIL HOUSE EVEN COMES UP ON HERE ANSWERS THE PHONE.USUALLY THESE TYPES OF SCAMS WHEN YOU RING THE NUMBER YOU ARE EITHER TOLD IT DOESN'T EXIST OR IT CANNOT BE REACHED. Called 5 times today and then put phone down on me, called back engaged tone
Didn’t recognise the number so never answered. Wasn’t expecting a call. No message left.
Internet They said they where from Virgin and would double my internet speed. They didn't know what speed I am on now. she then hung up.
Got a suspicious text claiming to be from dad.

And yet once again fraudsters and BT earned money off the backs of those being harassed by these fraudsters screwing over the people BT aid and abet in their criminal activities giving them the means to con people out of their hard-earned cash whilst the Police and the Government make out they are doing something but doing Sweet FA about it like being F**ked over three times in a row once by the Telecommunication companies that earn money from criminal and the people that are getting ripped off by them
SCAM Received a call from 01983 882 832 claiming to be a bank checking on two transactions they regarded as suspicious. Told to press 1 if ok and 2 to speak to someone. I hung up. Banks do not do this!

Someone stole money from my account. I live in the Republic of Ireland not Coventry.
As per previous comment, a male voice, possibly automated, claimed to be calling in response to my requesting a repair. Co incidentally I had rung a roofer for a quote earlier, so possibly my phone is being tracked in spite of having anti spyware on it.
Fraud Pretending to be a HMRC officer. Very annoying and aggressive.
