Do not answer this firms survey questions. They pass on personal information to many many companies trying to sell you things. I refused after I did the survey to let them pass my details on, they still did. They are very abusive if you question them. I m TPS registered and told them this- they laughed. Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.

I told them I have doubt about the call because the girl got my union number wrong by 1 digit and I said I would call them in the office instead. They haven t called me since a week ago. I call the first number, there was no ring tone. The second number did put me thro to an operator but I hung up. I find it a bit suspicious as they claimed to be calling on behalf of the union Unite. Spam - I do not give my number to anyone - how did they get it!

0151 329 2348 - a company stated as Red Star said they wanted to help me with a refund - something to do with any credit cards I used to have ... When I told them that my number was registered with the TPS - they quickly hung up without saying bye or sorry!
