Called me claiming to be from BT Internet services telling me about the signals from my router. Claimed that BT was the provider for all internet services. I use Virgin and have no connection with BT for internet access. Beware...the Indian guy on the phone was very persistent.

Called twice. Unsolicited sales call - pushy, persistant. Wanted details about energy usage, said it was to offer us discount vouchers but actually so they could sell us some sort of energy savings device.
SCAM claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse but gave me different information about where they were calling from when I asked to repeat.
My Mum was woken at 2.00AM by this caller. She is 87 and disabled and struggled to answer only to be met with a message asking her to call another number, which she could not remember. She was confused and frightened and this type of call at such an unsociable hour is totally irresponsible. I will be contacting the phone company about preventing these calls but from other comments posted i doubt I will succeed.
