Fake ebay buyer protection. Got an email saying I had purchased an ebay item for £1699.00. I hadnt. This number was in the email pretending to be ebay buyer protection. SCAM - AVOID
SCAM Phoned a few minutes ago and I stupidly answered despite not recognising the number. A foreign sounding woman asked if she was speaking to ...my name.. but when I asked who was calling she put the phone down. Suggests a scam.

I believe this to be a telephone/banking scam. They purported to be my bank but they said they wanted me to open another account and transfer money from my account into this other account - at that point I stopped the call and called the number on the back of my debit card and reported the call to my bank fraud department.

Fraud - rang in response to a missing cat campaign to pretend they had found her and wanted the reward money, then told the owners she was dead, laughing, and rang off.
SCAM!!! pretending you have fraudulent activity on your card to obtain details.
Housing repairs
Stated it was from sky and wanted me to change direct debit
The caller was warning me of dangerous transactions on my card. Amazon and overseas transactions. My bankers would not deal with this sort of matter by phoning my home phone number.
