At 2:30 today they telephoned my house and Panicked my mom who is 75 years old by saying the lady on the phone from advantage needed to speak to me urgent and she was calling from the Hospital. I rang the number straight back 01782 401123 and found out it was this debt collector I explained what had happened and asked to speak to a manager so I could make a complaint and was told there is no way you can speak to a manager unless you leave your number and they will call you back within 7 days.
