Call after call after call - several times per day. You pick up and they don t always speak - if they do they re trying to sell PPI reclamation. Pain up the proverbial!

Therefore I contacted VEOO again and they said they can contact them and get an answer within 3 working days. So now I guess it is a waiting game but I will keep you updated so you can follow the steps of hopefully getting your money back!
