Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Please don t give any details to these scumbags - they claim to be from Microsoft and scammed my mum out of thousands - told her she had a virus on her PC, then got remote access of it and threatened to delete everything unless she gives her bank information. They even had the nerve to call back the following day to see how her PC is working now! I called Microsoft directly using the number they provide on their website, and they confirmed this IS a scam and has no association with Microsoft.

This number has called me three times today pretending to call from a TPS. They already seem to have information regarding my debit card and were phishing for more information and for me to confirm the information they already had.
