As Above but this is a fraudulent scam. Interestingly they called my mobile and asked for me by name. The phone is new paid for by contract from a company account not in my name and I have not given it out to anyone except BT customer services call center.
Didn't answer as mobile provider tagged it as a Potential Fraud.
