Didn’t say but when I called the number it said to end the call and that they may call again for ‘service feedback’ . Shocking if it is BG and they didn’t say so.

Claimed to be EE, highly doubtful, didn't know my name which EE would. Caller had very strong Indian accent, everytime I've spoken to EE they've had UK based centres, also when questioned about call origin she wasn't sure where call was routed from...very suspicious Definitely seemed very scam-like
