I only answered due to the possibility it's a sick parent from IRL (as a rule, I never answer any call until it rings over 5 times as most spammers quit after 5 rings) and there was "the silence" -- noise of the scammer. They just called again.

Called just now said he was from Pocklington Town council. He could hardly speak English and couldn t even pronounce the name of his "employer"!
