Called my wife today. Indian gentleman called Rick. Same spiel as previously reported. Why doesn t BT put these people off-line. BT must be aware of this scam but choose to ignore it as they make money out of the scammers calls. Get your finger out BT!!

Maxhope, I don't think you can blame the Government for the latest Bird Flu outbreak. Oh that's right, because the word you want is ineffective!
Asking if I suffered with back pain or stiff joints just put the phone down had enough of these calls now.
Supposedly from Microsoft. There was a problem with my hardware/software. They wanted me to turn on my computer and talk them through what was on the screen. Obviously a scam, not sure if it was for money or data, but I continued talking to them without giving any details until I had found my school whistle and then blew it down the phone (loudly) at them. I work in a large infants school, I have a good pair of lungs :-)

Just had this caller, Indian chap. Said he was from Yorkshire county council with regards to the same lie, accident I was involved in. Total scam, advise caution but as he has...
SCAM
This company phoned my mobile asking for my 16 year old son. Which in reality is inappropriate and ridiculous considering they were talking money rights.
