Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. The caller was a woman with an Indian accent, who upon me answering the phone, asked for my partner by name without identifying herself or saying who she was calling on behalf. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036346xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with fake wins, prize draws, lottery - euro millions etc. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems).
