Suspected scam indicating they were HM Revenue and Customers opening a fraud case in my name - "press 1 to be connected".
Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.
Getting multiple calls from these people, can hear them in the background coughing, then they hang up.

Missed call - I missed this call, but high likely to be spam/scam. Potentially dangerous
Indian callers are using this number to scam people - acting as BT officials and urging the people they call to switch on their computers so they can either fix your internet connection or help you get rid of a virus. Being extremely PC-savvy, I challenged the caller, at which point they disconnected the call.

Had a call from them a few weeks ago after i filled in one of those cards after my holiday to spain, they were offering £15 M&s vouchers for a sleep survey, was not interested and asked to be put on their do not call list. lady who called said no problem, and have had no calls since, at they do as they are asked!

Pre-recorded message read out by a lady, claiming that there has been some illegal activity going on with my internet, unless I contact them (e.g. by pressing '1' for .....'2' for .....) immediately, my internet will be shut down within the next 24-48 hrs. I just hanged up.

Keep getting calls from this number over several days and several times of the day. About oven cleaning and BBQ cleaning I just hang up. Have blocked this number on my handset now and reported them to ICO. Are registered with TPS but looks like they only deal with human people phoning you and actually talking to you type of calls.
