Silent call
I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. I got text messages from this number, claiming to be someone called Emma. I was nearly taken in until they asked for a Phone voucher because they were in the hospital. I then realised that the only Emma I know enough is a Consultant Paediatrician, and so probably wouldn't be asking for money. Potentially dangerous

Foriegn guy called said he was from a company called Certik, said I had invested in a company called go365 in 2022, sums of 250 then 500 and then 1000 pounds, he said someone had stolen my identity and was using my identity to invest.
