Don't answer, just block this one. Thankfully I didn't answer but web searches indicate a variety of different 'reasons' for this number calling which make me believe it's a blatant scammer. Thanks to 'Should I Answer', I've now blocked it.

Fraud Call from Amazon asking about a card purchase for an IPhone
First time I said "yes, I had an accident" and I was put through with a real person. The guy told me that I was entitled to personal compensation and he would send me some paperwork to sign and return. After 10 minutes on the phone, he asked me if I could give him details about my accident and I told him : - The accident happened when stopped at the junction between "this is a scam" and "go f*ck yourself" ... he immediately hung up. I guess that I might have saved an innocent person being scammed by this id
