no message left, obviously didn't realise they were still on the line. voices in the background sounded like they had an Indian accent and I could not understand the language they were talking in. Someone in Hong Kong, China used this phone number as job reference check purpose. This person tried to deceive the company for salary with his Fake CV, experiences and reference letter.
They just hang up once call is answered.

You get robocalls until you pick up from one Bournemouth number, then the next day you get your "local" energy adviser calling you - just got rid at that point so unsure whether a scam, but certainly unsolicited, and since my number is in the TPS database for not getting unsolicited calls, you can bet your life it's a dodgy company not bothered about following the law or regulations.
We refuse to answer calls we do not recognise this number being one of them
