Fraud : Claimed to be from "National Insurance" investigation.
I am afraid its fraud, called and said he has my cv details and that he has a job opportunity near me, and found my cv on reed, i am currently looking for work so didn't think anything of it, said that he will send me an email and i have to register my details to get the job description, he did ask me for my email, he had info from my cv where i used to work. I haven't received anything from this number and am afraid its a scam ????
Fake caller pretending to be a hmrc and claiming there was tax fraud investigation and if I didn't answer I would arrested promptly, I pressed 1 and a person answered saying how can I help you today, this therefore told me straight away it was a scam as why does a hmrc officer need to ask me how they can help me if they called me. Don't continue with the unless you want to mess them around.

Called immediately asking me how many loans, credit cards I had and how many I d made payments on in the last 12 months, didn t introduce themselves nothing but had my name and tried to act as if it was a personal call, blocked their number now.
