Called our TPS registered line. Burst of noise/music after we picked up, followed by silence then " Ello! Ow are yew?" from a caller who then immediately asked to speak to "The owner". Identified himself as "Zane" from "XLM" when asked, and then immediately launched into a scripted sales pitch. Told him to f***-off, and hung up while he was still yapping.

Just had the call and they hung up when I answered. BLOCKED

I don t know anyone in Eastbourne, if i did they would have left a message. This was a scam call.

Concerned about this number but this positive (or mitigating) experience to mention. 02036973209 had called me and I either did not answer or hung up on unwanted call. Then I Mistakenly used the no. for texts to my singing tutor (who had also first rung at same sort of time). I have had NO PROBLEMS with the caller on 02036973209. Did not text back and have not been ringing again.

Received a call from 0161 818 2004 earlier this afternoon from an chap with an Indian accent. He enquired about any motor accidents/claim that I may have had in the last 3 years. All he had was my phone number. I was immediately suspicious. He said he had a legal duty to obtain further details (name, address, date of accident, cars involved etc) and that I was legally obliged to supply it. He claimed to be acting on behalf of a bank of insurers, but failed to identify any insurers that I had policies with.

Fusion Insurance services - Cold calling sales is my guess. I called the number back & got an automated message.

Called mid morning, couldn't take call as in work, left a vm of nothing.

Had some strange tapping on the other end but no one there! Hung up!

Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. I cannot make them stop so having to change my number. It been happening for months but I ignored them until it ramped up to daily.

They collect on all gov debt. Pretty rude company and very unorganised however they are legitimate. If you deal with them make sure you keep records of the conversations as they may lose information and forget conversations had, even if they call you a hour after you have called them
