Never go to the 'updating records' because I tell them that I don't know what they're talking about and tell them to stop calling me to which then they raise their voice at me saying that it'll only take 2 minutes. Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported - mostly as scam/injury claims or telemarketing (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Did someone answer this number people, who is it?

This number called saying it was from Her Majesty's Revenue and said that a tax fraud had been registered to my name and said that I needed to press1 I hung up on that. This is clearly a scam that would ask you for bank details.
I have had calls from these people before. This time it was a woman called Samantha who sounded Asian. She asked for me by name and when I asked who was calling she said the company Verso and then went on to say she was doing a 1 minute survey. She then told me I have a lovely telephone voice and I should take this as a compliment from her (how thick do they think we are?!) I asked who the company was and what do they do.
