phoned me twice now, was called at 8.50 am yesterday morning but told them i was about to get in the bath as i was going somewhere and needed to get readys,so they said they would call back.Called again today at about 3.45pm explained who they were and after about 3 minutes telling me i was being recorded for security reasons and asking what gas and electricity company and tarriff i was on the phone suddenly went dead so i pressume they put the phone down on me.But what i can gather it was Scottish Power te
SCAM, just had yet another text message supposedly from the Royal Mail this time. It has a link supplied for you to click on. Don't just report the number to Action Fraud and this site. Obviously and organised scam. What sort of morons send you a text from a mobile pretending to be an organisation that doesn't have your number and iwouldn't contact you by this method. The Royal Mail write to you or the postie leaves a missed delivery card.
Remove their implied right of access to use your phone numbers that they hold. Then, if they call, it s a breach of your peace and becomes a criminal offence for which they WILL pay for. That s how you give shop direct a taste of its own medicine. ;)
