a quick update, another phone call from them, (the 10th today!), turns out it is someone wanting to do PPI checks for me! Added to list of ignores !

Possible scam, I answered the phone with hello but complete silence at their end then they hung up??
Just hung up when I answered. Have blocked number after seeing other comment on this useful site
