Had several missed calls, no message ever left. I have since answered one of them, the lady had my name, number, street and started to try to sell me something? I stopped her and asked who she was again "Money club, part of the groupon group" was the answer. As I don t have a groupon account and have never shown any interest in one, I decided to ask her to end the call with no sale and take me off the calling list. She just hung up. This number when you pick the phone up has an auto voice which says you have had £600 taken from your account,

Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database. Just used Google enhanced search & it’s from China, telling me that they were my bank and that they’d stopped 2 payments from Amazon & an international company and I was to press my phone to acknowledge it. Obviously I didn’t! Checked directly with bank.
