It is St Johns Ambulance Service and they usually obtain your number from other surveys OR if you have spoken to one of their fundraising reps that have been doing the rounds recently. Registered charity and for a good cause.

These people keep calling my Mother who is in her eighties. It is so annoying as she is frail & frightened but they will not give up, she now does not answer the phone unless she recognises the number.
