Potential cost trap! I also had a phone call about my computer and its "harmful viruses." I said thanks but I dont have the conscience to accept help from a cold call. I felt I was putting my privacy in danger.

Called again by 01412490491, they say they are talk talk, but they are not, I e-mailed talk talk and they confirmed that this is NOT one of their numbers. Can only be scammers.
My phone showed me that is a potential fraud, so I didn't answer it.

Fraud . Claimed to be from BT. Hung up the moment I told him he wasn’t!
Called to say he was from Direct Line Insurance Claims department and that he was returning our call about an accident this morning. I immediately panicked as my partner was out in the car and I new nothing of it. I frantically called my partner to find that there had been no accident.
